cutting down the risk of serious injury and even passing out. The reason is that when you are exercising
vigorously, your muscles also pump blood. This blood is in fact pumped towards your heart. When you stop
exercising, the heart has to immediately pick up the task of pumping on a redoubled scale. This may lead to
decrease of blood supply to your brain and you may experience passing out.
